RJI delivered this 42-unit commercial condominium development in Oshawa from the ground up: three new shell buildings totalling 63,000 sq. ft., along with all civil infrastructure and site servicing. It is the largest new build in RJI’s portfolio, managed from site preparation through to completed buildings.

Heritage Loft Conversion · 23 Apartments
An adaptive re-use project that merged four 1860-era downtown buildings into 23 upscale loft apartments. A new stair and elevator tower provides access to every level, and the conversion was wood-framed throughout. The result preserves the heritage character of the block while bringing it back into use as modern housing.
